Sports Coating

Our anti-slip sports coating is an advanced formula for marking sports courts. It provides a tough, environmentally-friendly, long-lasting finish and has a Slip Resistant Value of 60, making it safe in all weathers. What’s more, it’s fantastic for making court sports more fun and appealing.

How do we apply the sports coating?

First we clean the area, either with a mechanical brush or a jet wash, and then we apply a binder to the surface which will help the sports coating to last longer. Once the binder has set, we apply 2-3 layers of the paint with a spray machine to achieve an even finish. As the layers of paint aren’t too thick, the original tarmac texture is retained. The results make for a brighter, more colourful playground!

We can provide a range of different sports coated playground markings. From classic court sports such as basketball, football, netball, tennis, to other active markings such as running tracks. You could even choose to have a multi-court to provide opportunities to play several different sports in the same place. Having these bold colours on the playground will make the games all the more fun, especially for children in primary and secondary schools. Plus, they’re great for other public leisure and sport facilities.

The coating is available in 12 different colours, from more traditional shades of reds, greens and blues, to alternative colours such as purple, tan and black.
