Maths Playground Markings

Our range of maths playground markings can be used to create fun number playground games for EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Outdoor maths games are brilliant for teaching lessons in a different environment and offer a welcome break from the classroom. What’s more, you can encourage children to be active whilst they use the playground numbers in their games and activities.

Our thermoplastic number playground markings include a range of different friendly characters to help introduce younger children to numeracy and to make developing mathematical skills more appealing. These range from number caterpillars, number snails, number dragons and number snakes, with variations of 0-10, 0-20 and 0-25.

We also have a range of multicoloured number grids, number ladders and number shapes, with alternative multiplication designs for those wanting to create opportunities for practising sums and times tables in the playground.

In addition to our fantastic range of fun number designs, we also have a variety of other playground markings that can also assist with mathematics and numeracy skills. Our maths maze and maths target are both innovative playground markings that incorporate a sense of competition where pupils must aim for specific numbers or find their way through the maze the fastest whilst solving different equations.

Not only do our maths playground games help to develop problem-solving and numeracy skills, but they also help with social skills too. Enabling children to interact, work, and compete with their peers improves their communication and cooperation.
