What did the school want to achieve?
In April 2024, Fun & Active Playgrounds visited Stella Maris Catholic Primary School in Folkestone, Kent. The school had recently had their playground relaid with new tarmac and were looking for colourful and fun games to brighten up their playground and make it an engaging learning environment for their pupils. The school requested a mixture of fun playground games and sports markings for children to enjoy during both playtimes and PE lessons.
How did we help them achieve their desired outcome?
We collaborated closely with the school to thoroughly understand their requirements and select the best playground markings and layout to meet their objectives. By installing a custom Active Spot Circuit, Active Trail, 4-Way Target, Netball Court, 3-Way Hopscotch and a Running Track, we were able to transform their playground into a vibrant and engaging space.
Additionally, we expedited the project timeline; completing the entire process from initial inquiry to installation within just two weeks. Our efficient coordination and dedicated effort ensured the school achieved their desired outcome promptly and seamlessly, providing the students with an exciting and dynamic play environment, just in time for the summer months!
