Rebecca is our Marketing & Design Assistant and has worked for Fun & Active Playgrounds since 2023. Rebecca supports all marketing and design initiatives within the company; she manages our social media accounts, creates email campaigns, assists with copywriting tasks and collaborates with the Marketing department to execute marketing strategies.
Background & Experience:
Rebecca graduated from The University of Winchester in 2014 after studying Media Studies and Communication with Choreography and Dance. Throughout her career, Rebecca has worked in PR, events and within a marketing agency. She has developed a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics through hands-on experience in various marketing roles. She’s had experience conducting market research, analysing campaign performance metrics across social media and email campaigns and collaborating on creative marketing ideas.
Rebecca has always had a passion for all things creative and has had the opportunity to work with the BBC within the sport and children’s TV departments, in large PR agencies in Manchester and even as a Court Journalist!
Her passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in marketing and design fuels her drive to deliver innovative and effective solutions. She aims to leverage her skills and experiences to excel as our Marketing & Design Assistant, supporting our team to achieve its goals and make a lasting impact in the industry.
Interests:
Outside of work, Rebecca loves spending time with her little boy Théo; going on family adventures to the beach and farm, attending baby classes and going out for breakfast dates.
Before becoming a parent, Rebecca loved going on vacation, having been lucky enough to have experienced numerous month-long trips across the USA and Canada. She has also visited Singapore, Dubai, Bali and multiple European countries for both winter and summer breaks. Rebecca is excited to start planning the next family trip – albeit looking very different with a baby!
When Rebecca isn’t singing nursery rhymes or dreaming about a hot sunny beach, she loves to spend time with friends and family, keeping active and exploring the tasty array of cafes and restaurants in Southsea.
