Team Building Trip to Spain

At Fun & Active Playgrounds, we always strive to uphold our fun company culture values and we believe that a strong team is the foundation of success.
That’s why we recently took our team on a trip to Spain for a few days of team building, adventure, much-needed relaxation and to celebrate the end of a successful summer of installations.
Day 1: Quad Biking and Buggy Riding in Mijas
Our first stop was the beautiful mountainous town of Mijas, where we geared up for a thrilling afternoon of quad biking and buggy riding with Big Foot Buggy Tours. What we weren’t ready for was the hailstone, torrential rain, thunder, and lightning that greeted us! Who would have thought we’d be hit by such extreme weather in Spain?
Despite the unexpected storm, spirits remained high and we powered through the elements. It was an exhilarating experience, nothing bonds a team quite like zooming up and down muddy hills in a downpour!
Day 2: Water Park Fun in Torremolinos
After the drama of the previous day’s weather, we were eager for some sunshine. We headed to Aqualand Torremolinos, where we spent the day at the water park. From racing down slides to relaxing in the pool, everyone had a fantastic time. Plus, the weather was far more cooperative, not a cloud in sight!
Day 3: Free Day in Benalmádena
Our final day gave the team a chance to explore at their own pace. Some of the team ventured into Benalmádena, had a walk around the marina, enjoyed some shopping, indulged in delicious gelato and soaked up the sun at the hotel’s beach and pool.
The whole team had a fantastic time, with lots of fun memories and a renewed sense of teamwork. We’re already looking forward to the next team-building trip!
