Join us on a free survey
The first step to getting your playground project underway is to join our talented playground design team on a free, no-obligation virtual survey. Usually lasting around 45 minutes, our virtual surveys give you the opportunity to chat to our playground marking experts and see your playground plan come together in front of you.
Our design team will take an aerial image of your school from Google Earth and position your chosen markings on the playground, building a realistic vision of what your new playground will look like.
With this partnership-led approach, we can combine your objectives with our 10yr+ industry experience to help you get the most out of your space and available budget.
What’s covered in a virtual survey?
- Discuss ideas for your play space
- Look at the playground surface together and assess the condition for new markings
- Check and assess access to the playground
- Discuss requirements for additional services such as removal of existing markings
- Select a wish-list of markings you are interested in
- Build a design live on the call and provide a guide price
By the end, you’ll have an official playground plan and quotation that you can then take away to share with any contacts at your school or organisation to get their thoughts. If any amendments need to be made, we will happily adjust the design and quote until you are 100% happy.
Obtaining a quotation
If you know exactly what you require but are not yet at the stage to make any decisions, you can use our easy-to-follow online quoting system. Simply select the playground markings you have your eye on, add them to your quote, and submit your request. Our team will then contact you to confirm the quote and check you have everything you need. However, we would still recommend taking advantage of our free design service so you can visualise exactly what it would look like on your playground.
Installation
Once your order has been placed, our operations team will be in touch to book in a provisional date for install and we will always do our very best to meet your requirements. Your install date will be confirmed the week prior so we can make sure that we have the most efficient plan considering the weather forecast and travel routes.
Meanwhile, our talented design team will finalise your markings and send the digital files down to our warehouse operatives who then begin cutting your designs on our state-of-the-art waterjet cutting machine. The games and markings are then packaged up, ready for our skilled install teams.
Our install team will arrive at your school at an agreed time, will work around your school timetable, and will complete the installation to the highest standard as efficiently as possible.
