Becki is our Graphic Designer and has worked for Fun & Active Playgrounds since March 2024. Becki plays a crucial role in bringing playground projects to life through innovative and visually captivating designs. From conceptualising playground markings to creating promotional materials; her creativity and expertise helps develop play experiences.
Background & Experience:
Becki’s journey into the world of graphic design began at Fareham College, where she pursued a BTEC in Graphic Design. Eager to further her skills and knowledge, Becki continued her education at South Downs College, undertaking an Advanced Level 3 Apprenticeship in Design. It was during this time that Becki honed her craft and gained valuable hands-on experience, paving the way for her entry into the industry.
Over the years, Becki has applied her creativity within a range of industries, such as advertisement and signage, greetings cards and personalised gifts.
As a vital team member, Becki applies her talent and dedication to creating captivating designs that inspire creativity and imagination in playgrounds across the country.
Interests:
Outside of work, Becki loves exploring new destinations and immersing herself in diverse cultures, especially when it comes to sampling local cuisine. Amongst her favourite travel memories is her time in Tuscany, where she fell in love with the region’s amazing pasta dishes.
Beyond her travels, Becki has cultivated a green thumb with over 40 houseplants! When she’s not tending to her botanical collection, she loves to channel her creativity into hobbies like macrame and photography.
