Pricing and Cost
What is the price range for your HDPE playground equipment?
The price of our playground equipment ranges from as little as £50 for some of our smaller play panels, and up to £4,755 for items like our Steam Express Train Set.
Can you provide a detailed breakdown of the pricing, including any additional costs like installation, delivery, or maintenance?
Prices of our play equipment do not include installation or any maintenance. However, maintenance is important, and we would recommend it is undertaken in line with the product which usually involves visual inspections every month, and more thorough checking every 6 months. Delivery costs for play panels are in addition to the listed prices on our website and will vary depending on the item and where it’s being sent to. For example, small play panels sized 800mm x 595mm cost approximately £20 for delivery, and larger panels sized 1200mm x 800mm cost approximately £30.
What customisation options are available, and how do they impact the overall cost?
All of our play panels and equipment can be fully customised including themes, colours and text. Colours can be customised free of charge as long as the type of material is the same. Other alterations may incur a design fee as they often mean additional time is needed for production. Tell us your ideas and our friendly team can supply a free quote for you.
Is there any warranty for your HDPE playground equipment?
A 10 year guarantee is included in the costs of our play panels and equipment, plus a 3 year guarantee on electronics so you can rest assured our items will last for generations to come.
When is payment required?
Payment for our HDPE play panels and equipment is required upon placing the order and we will provide an invoice for this.

How long does it typically take from the order placement to the installation of the HDPE equipment?
This will vary throughout the year, however, order to delivery usually takes between 10-12 weeks.
What safety standards and certifications does your playground equipment meet, and does this affect pricing?
All of our HDPE play panels and equipment are designed to meet the strict standard as set out in BS EN 1176 and American standards ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials).

Is your playground equipment supplied with any fixings?
Fixings are not supplied unless a play panel and two posts are ordered together. This includes 4 screws. If you require posts for grounding your play panel, you will need to specify on ordering as our HDPE play panels come without posts as standard.
What are the play panels and equipment made from?
Our play panels and equipment are made from sheets of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is and extremely durable, UV resistant material that has more than 50% post-industrial recycled plastic at its core. To order we also supply sheets that are 100% post-consumer recycled HDPE. 99% of our waste material and offcuts are recycled. What’s more, we source and use recycled materials such as plastic posts and seat planks for furniture in some of our products.

What makes our HDPE play panels and equipment sustainable?
We employ as many sustainable practices as possible in the production of our play equipment. All of our apparatus and furniture for schools are made from recycled materials as far as possible. Indeed, the HDPE we use has a core composed of more than 50% post-industrial recycled plastic. We also offer the option to purchase equipment made from 100% post-consumer recycled HDPE.
Actively doing our bit to protect the environment means we source recycled materials, such as plastic posts and seat planks, which are then used in many of our products.
